Dr. Dougherty and the team at The Cat Practice have been incredibly attentive, compassionate, and professional. He is always welcoming with all of our rescued cats, and we truly appreciate how comfortable he makes us feel every time we visit. Recently, we brought in four cats for FIV and FeLV testing after they were exposed to a FeLV-positive cat. He made sure to schedule enough time to thoroughly examine each one and was very informative throughout the process. He answered all of our questions patiently and never made us feel rushed. You can truly tell he cares deeply about his feline patients and the people advocating for them. We’re very grateful for his dedication and highly recommend The Cat Practice.
We've been taking our rescue cat to Cat Practice since he was a small kitten. He's still kinda neurotic, but the staff and Dr Dougherty are so calm and wonderful they make his visits go smoothly which is great. They are experts. Plus no dogs is huge. My cat wouldn't handle that well at all. The space is a little funky but does my cat care? Absolutely not😸
I brought my daughter to this practice For the first time on Friday… The doctor put us both that ease, I felt very comfortable with him and so did she…. He ran a blood and urine test which he did with expertise and caused her no pain whatsoever…. He has a team of wonderful assistants… I trust him completely and highly recommend his practice
We love Dr. Dougherty! He is always patient with us, answers all of our questions, communicates what is going on well, and doesn’t try to do unnecessary services. He is also very knowledgeable in the latest info on FeLV and best food, etc!
Dr. Dougherty is knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. He accurately assessed my cat’s symptoms and was very gentle with my Olivia during testing. His assistants were excellent, and the fees were reasonable. I highly recommend this practice.
